Allergens, labels and the fine print.

Every pack carries full ingredients with allergens in bold, a nutrition panel, a date mark and a batch code. Ask for the allergen matrix and spec sheets before a product goes in your cabinet.

How we keep it safe

  • ALGOur bakehouse handles wheat, rye, barley, oats, milk, egg, soy, sesame, tree nuts and peanuts. Ask for the full allergen matrix before you list a product.
  • GFGluten-free lines are baked first, on a separate shift with dedicated trays, before any wheat flour is opened for the night.
  • NUTNuts are kept in a sealed store and only used on Thursdays. We still can't call anything nut-free.
